• Expedited shipping rates may be available per request. Rates will be determined at the time of shipping.

• All sales are final.
• We are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during transit.

Color & Tint Disclaimers

• Every Christenson Surfboard is handcrafted and finished by hand. While we make every effort to achieve requested colors, tints, pigments, and resin work, exact color replication cannot be guaranteed.
• Color can vary due to a number of factors inherent to the surfboard manufacturing process, including resin batches, pigment mixtures, material variations, curing conditions, ambient temperature, humidity, lighting conditions, and other environmental factors. Even changes in air temperature on a given day can influence the final appearance of a color. As a result, the finished board may differ from color samples, photographs, previous boards, or the original color requested.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these potential variations and understands that color differences resulting from the manufacturing process are not considered defects and we do not offer refunds.

Lead Time Disclaimer

• All lead times provided by Christenson Surfboards are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates and we do not offer refunds.
• Production schedules may be affected by material availability, supply chain delays, staffing, weather conditions, shipping disruptions, production volume, and other factors outside of our control. Christenson Surfboards reserves the right to adjust estimated completion dates as necessary.
• Customers should not make travel, event, competition, retail, or other time-sensitive plans based solely on estimated lead times.

Board Breakage

• Surfboards are lightweight performance products and are not indestructible. Board breakage can occur from impacts, collisions, improper handling, airline travel, shipping, storage conditions, wave force, rider error, or normal use. Christenson Surfboards is not responsible for boards that become cracked, buckled, snapped, pressure dented, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
• Fin boxes are designed to withstand normal surfing conditions; however, damage can occur from impacts, improper installation or removal of fins, collisions, transportation, misuse, excessive stress placed on the fin system, improper storage, prolonged exposure to excessive heat, or extended exposure to direct sunlight. Christenson Surfboards is not liable for broken, cracked, loosened, or damaged fin boxes after delivery.

Custom Order Acknowledgment

• All custom surfboards are built to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, specifications, dimensions, colors, artwork, and finishing details are subject to reasonable manufacturing variations.
• By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these policies and understands that minor variations do not constitute defects or grounds for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund.

Shipping Damages

Christenson Surfboards is not liable for any damage that occurs to products during shipping and transit. Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the safe delivery of the package transfers to the carrier. Any damage that occurs during transit must be reported directly to the carrier.

• Any shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials, as the carrier may require them to process a damage claim.
• We cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement items.
