Crotalus
The Crotalus is your perfect all-around San Diego shortboard. Whether it's 2 foot or 2 feet overhead, this board will fly, hold a big carve, or drive down the line to make any section. It's loose, skate-y, and fast; a board that does not need to be worked hard, the perfect bridge between a HPSB and an alternative.
Crotalus is the scientific term for rattlesnake.
The maneuverability from the wide tail makes it easy to go full force and push it to the limit, without skipping out.
The Crotalus comes stock as a 5 fin, but team riders Niko Traubman and Shea Porter prefer a quad set up for the drive.
Available in PU, EPS, and XTR constructions.

Cafe Racer

Cafe Racer 2.0

The Cafe Racer has been a staple in the Christenson model line up since 2004. Its spiral vee and double concave combo bottom, and signature cc low rails allow this board to plane gracefully yet shoot off sparks as soon as this board is set on rail.
The new 2025 upgrades include:
- Removed beak nose which allows for more nose rocker.
- Refined curves and deepened the concave in the tail
- Overall improved performance & aesthetic of the board.
With these updates, this model is now tuned as a daily driver for both the expert and novice as seen in the below video of team rider Oscar Langburne. To get the proper feel, the recommended length is 1-3 inches below your height.
We recommend this ridden as a quad or thruster using the Christenson 5 fin sets in either FCS2 or Futures.

Ocean Racer

The Ocean Racer is Chris's take on a classic Mini Simmons, originally created by La Jolla's Bob Simmons in the 1950s. This board has many features from our fish design; low rails, belly in the nose, single concave through the fin region, and low rocker.
Performance Characteristics:
- Round nose offers more paddle power and allows the board to be ridden shorter
- Step in the nose displaces volume and makes the board lighter, more flexible, and more responsive
- Marine ply fins offer drive and hold while being positively buoyant
- Straight rear end and rounded corners on the tail offer more release in the pocket than a traditional fish
